摘　　要：目的探讨经皮微创钢板内固定技术(MIPPO)治疗肱骨干中下段骨折的临床方法和疗效。方法 2008年4月至2009年8月,6例肱骨干中下段闭合性骨折采用MIPPO技术治疗,男5例,女1例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合,桡神经功能术后无恶化,骨折愈合时间平均为19.1周,Mayo肘关节功能评分5例为优,1例为良。结论在肱骨干中下段经外侧方入路的MIPPO技术和前方入路均可行,但是前方入路更安全、易操作,严格的病例筛选是MIPPO技术治疗成功的前提。Objective To investigate the clinical approaches and effects of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis（MIPPO） technique applied in the treatment of middle-distal humeral shaft fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 6 patients（5 males and 1 woman） undergoing MIPPO technique from April 2008 to August 2009 in the treatment of closed middle-distal humeral shaft fractures.Results All the wounds healed primarily and there was no iatrogenic radial nerve palsies after surgery.The average bone healing time was 19.1（16-28） weeks.According to the Mayo elbow performance score system,the scores were excellent in 5 patients,and good in 1 patient.Conclusion It is practicable to apply the MIPPO technique as a treatment in the middle-distal humeral shaft fractures through the lateral approach and anterior approach.The anterior approach is more advisable for its greater safety and feasibility.Strict screening of the indications and the precision of surgical procedures are the prerequisites for the successful treatment with the MIPPO technique.
