植物生长调节剂对葡萄硬枝扦插生根的影响

摘　　要：用NAA,6-BA这2种植物生长调节剂配制成不同浓度的溶液,单独使用或按不同比例混合使用对葡萄插穗基部浸泡30 min,然后扦插,以清水处理作对照,3个月后对插穗的生长状况进行调查。结果表明,用1 000 mg/kgNAA+500 mg/kg6-BA处理过的插穗生根率、发芽率效果最好,其次是只用1 000 mg/kgNAA处理过的插穗。With NAA and 6-BA two plant growth hormone dispensing different concentrations of solution, the base of grape stalks was soaked in alone or mixed solutions for 30 min, fresh water as the control, and then planted. Investigation was made for growing state of these cutting after three months. The experiment result showed that the best rooting rate and budding rate oeenred when 1 000 mg/kg NAA ＋ 500 mg/kg 6-BA was used, and 1 000 mg/kg NAA followed.
