摘  要:对山西省境内相关媒介材料中鸡沙门氏菌进行了分离、培养及抗原血清型鉴定,对7个父母代蛋种鸡场和5个规模化商品蛋鸡场沙门氏菌病血清抗体进行了调查。结果显示:(1)分离的961份媒介材料中,177份存在鸡沙门氏菌,阳性率为18.4%,以鸡白痢沙门氏菌和伤寒沙门氏菌为主,血清型为O9和O12。(2)媒介材料中引进的3日龄左右父母代种雏,泄殖腔拭子分离阳性率为20%,成为沙门氏菌病传入山西省的主要原因;病鸡的分离率为81%,种蛋的阳性率为15%,成年鸡肛拭分离率为5.7%,饲料中的分离率为5%,环境中的分离率为1.9%,这些是造成沙门氏菌病在山西省水平传播的主要因素。(3)37 554羽份父母代种鸡,沙门氏菌病血清抗体阳性率平均为2.6%,最高为47.8%;2 441羽份商品蛋鸡阳性率平均为15%。The experiment conducted isolation, culturing and identification of antigen-serotype on salmonella gallinarum belonging to correlative media materials in Shanxi province, and 7 parent generation layer farms and 5 sealed commercial layer farms investigated. The result showed as the following: Firstly, among isolated 961 samples of media material, there were 177 samples which contained chicken S. gallinarum with positive rate of 18.4%. Besides, S. pullorum and S. gallinarum were predominent, and their serotypes were 09,012. Secondly, the main reason of S. gallinarum's infection in Shanxi was that isolated positive rate of cloacal swabs was 20 %, which came from 3-day old parental stock- broilers; isolated rate of sick chicken was 81%, positive rate of hatching eggs 15%, environmental isolated rate 1.9%- those were the major factors which caused chicken salmonella spreading. Thirdly, among 37 554 samples of parent generation breeder, average-positive rate of salmonella serum antibody was 2.6 %, the highest 47.8 %; the average positive rate of 2 441 samples commercial layers 15%.
