艾滋病“脾为枢机”的认识

摘　　要：中医学认为"脾为诸脏之枢",即脾是气血化生之源,灌溉滋养周身,乃气机运动的"枢纽"。通过对艾滋病的基本病机、发病环节、疾病进程、机会性感染及辨证论治方面阐述了"脾为枢机"的重要性,认为调理好脾脏是今后艾滋病防治的重点。The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the spleen is pivot of all five zang,being source of qi and blood to irrigate and nourish the whole body and pivot of motion of qiji. This article passes the relation analysis to basic pathogenesis; attack link; disease progression; opportunistic infection and syndrome differentiation and treatment of AIDS; in order to prove the importance of the spleen as pivot. Treatment based on spleen is regarded as emphasis of prevention and treatment of AIDS in the future.
