摘  要:目的:利用正交试验法优化律复康处方中水提取工艺研究。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B的含量;苯酚-硫酸法[1]测定律复康胶囊水提取部分多糖含量;测定测定律复康组方药材水溶性浸出物含量(按《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部附录47测定)。最后由综合加权评分法[2]评定结果,以确定最佳提取工艺。结果:水提正交最佳工艺是加8倍量的水提取2次每次提取时间为1h。结论:该提取工艺合理,有效成分提取效率高。Objective:To optimize the extraction technology for LvFuKang Capsule by orthogonal test. Methods:A HPLC method was established for determination of Salvianolie acid B; Using Phenol-sulfuric Method to determine the contents of polysaccharides in Lvfukang capsule; Determining the contents of water soluble extractive in Lvfukang capsule. Estimating result by comprehensive evaluation of multiple mark in order to determin the best extraction technology. Results:The optimized extraction technology for Lvfukang capsule was shown to be:eighteen fold volume of water should be added to 1 volume of the granules for 2 successive reflux extractions with 1. 5 h of each. Conclusion:The optimized extraction technology was rational and the extraction rate of the active components was high.
