多指标综合评分法优选律复康胶囊水提工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:利用正交试验法优化律复康处方中水提取工艺研究。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B的含量;苯酚-硫酸法[1]测定律复康胶囊水提取部分多糖含量;测定测定律复康组方药材水溶性浸出物含量(按《中华人民共和国药典》2000年版一部附录47测定)。最后由综合加权评分法[2]评定结果,以确定最佳提取工艺。结果:水提正交最佳工艺是加8倍量的水提取2次每次提取时间为1h。结论:该提取工艺合理,有效成分提取效率高。Objective：To optimize the extraction technology for LvFuKang Capsule by orthogonal test. Methods：A HPLC method was established for determination of Salvianolie acid B; Using Phenol-sulfuric Method to determine the contents of polysaccharides in Lvfukang capsule; Determining the contents of water soluble extractive in Lvfukang capsule. Estimating result by comprehensive evaluation of multiple mark in order to determin the best extraction technology. Results：The optimized extraction technology for Lvfukang capsule was shown to be：eighteen fold volume of water should be added to 1 volume of the granules for 2 successive reflux extractions with 1. 5 h of each. Conclusion：The optimized extraction technology was rational and the extraction rate of the active components was high.
