不同生长年限平贝母中贝母素甲和贝母素乙的含量测定

摘　　要：目的:比较一、二、三年生平贝母鳞茎中贝母素甲、贝母素乙的含量。方法:采用Agilent TC-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-0.5%醋酸溶液(8∶19∶73)为流动相,流速为0.6mL·min-1,蒸发光散射检测器检测。结果:三年生以内平贝母鳞茎中贝母素甲、贝母素乙含量随生长年限的增加而增加。结论:从贝母素甲、贝母素乙含量来看,三年生平贝母药材质量优于一、二年生平贝母药材。Objective：To compare the content of Peimine and Peiminine in Bulbus fritiliariae ussuriensis of one ,two and three ages. Methods：The Agilent TC-C18 （ 4. 6 × 250 mm,5 μm） was used,the methanol-acetonitrile-0. 5% acetic acid solution （ 8：19：73） as mobile phase,the flow rate was 0. 6 mL·min-1,with ELSD detected. Results：The content of Peimine and Peimi-nine in Bulbus fritiliariae ussuriensis is increase year by year within three age. Conclusion：The content of Peimine and Peiminine in Bulbus fritiliariae ussuriensis of three ages is superior than two and one ages.
