摘　　要：目的:探讨鹿筋胶原的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:通过小鼠足肿胀、耳廓肿胀、皮肤毛细血管通透性的实验研究鹿筋胶原的抗炎作用;采用热板法和醋酸扭体法研究鹿筋胶原的镇痛作用。结果:鹿筋胶原能有效的抑制角叉菜胶引起的足肿胀和二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀;改善毛细血管的通透性,降低腹腔因醋酸导致的炎性渗出;同时提高热板法、扭体法所致的小鼠痛阈,延长疼痛潜伏期。结论:鹿筋胶原具有明显抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective：To probe into the effect of deer tendons collagen on the anti-inflammatory and analgesic. Methods：The experiments of anti-inflammatory adopt paw swelling model and ear edema model of mice and observe the effects of skin capillary permeability ; Analgesia use hot-plate test and acetic acid writhing method. Results：Deer tendons collage can effectively inhibit the carrageenan-induced paw swelling and the xylene-induced ear edema; improve capillary permeability and reduce intra-abdominal inflammation caused by acetic acid exudation; At the same time improve the pain threshold of the hot-plate test and writhing method in mice,prolong the incubation period pain. Conclusion：Deer tendons collage has obvious effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic.
