摘 要:目的:观察电针郄门穴对缓慢性心律失常大鼠心率及心肌组织Na+-K+-ATP酶活性的影响。方法:选用健康SD大鼠40只,随机分为正常组、模型组、电针治疗组、电针对照组,共4组,每组10只。除正常组外,模型组和电针组均给予β受体阻滞剂(盐酸普萘洛尔)灌胃制造大鼠心动过缓动物模型,动态监测心电图并记录心率的变化;电针组在造模成功后,电针郄门治疗20min;治疗结束,采集标本,采用紫外分光光度法测定各组大鼠心肌组织中Na+-K+-ATPase的含量。结果:电针郄门穴能明显提高缓慢性心律失常大鼠心肌组织Na+-K+-ATPase活性,与正常大鼠比较,普萘洛尔诱发大鼠心率显著降低(P<0.01);电针对缓慢性心律失常有明显改善作用,电针郄门穴可有效调整心率(P<0.01)。结论:电针郄门穴对缓慢性心律失常有一定的防治作用,增强心肌组织Na+-K+-ATPase活性,是其作用机制之一。Objective:To observe the electro-acupuncture points on the XiMen acupoint bradyarrhythmia and myocardial tissue of rats heart Na + -K + -ATPase activity. Methods:40 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,electro-acupuncture treatment group,according to control Group for a total of 4 groups of 10 Except the normal group,model group and the electro-acupuncture group were given β -blockers ( propranolol) administered to create an animal model of rat bradycardia,ECG monitoring and recording changes in heart rate; electro-acupuncture group successful model,the electro-acupuncture treatment XiMen acupoint 20min; end of treatment,collect specimens,using UV spectrophotometric determination of myocardial tissue of rats in each group in the Na + -K + -ATPase content. Results:Electro-acupuncture points XiMen acupoint can improve the bradyarrhythmia in rat myocardial tissue Na + -K + -ATPase activity compared with normal rats,propranolol induced a significant reduction in heart rate in rats ( P 0. 05) ; power for bradyarrhythmia improvement in arrhythmia role of electro-acupuncture points XiMen acupoint can effectively adjust the heart rate ( P 0. 05). Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture points on the XiMen acupoint bradyarrhythmia have some role in prevention and treatment,and enhance myocardial Na + -K + -ATPase activity,is one of the mechanisms of its role.
