摘 要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为基体制备PVA/AgNO3复合膜,在NaBH4溶液中用化学还原法制得导电薄膜。研究了复合膜的组成、还原剂浓度、还原时间、还原温度对导电薄膜电阻的影响,得到的工艺条件为:温度20~25℃,AgNO3/PVA的质量比为0.15~0.25,还原剂浓度为0.06%,还原时间为3~4min。A conductive membrane is synthesized by dipping PVA/AgNO3 composite membrane with polyvinyl alcohol as substrate into NaBH4 solution and Ag^+ was reduced to metallic Ag.Electrical property of the conductive membrane was characterized by surface resistance.The influences of composite membrane composition,NaBH4 concentration,reduction reaction time and temperature on surface resistance were investigated.The better condi-tion is: temperature is 20~25℃,reaction time 3~4min,mass ratio of AgNO3 to PVA 0.15~0.25,NaBH4 concentra-tion is 0.06%.
