摘　　要：农村留守儿童问题集中体现了农村在城市化进程中遭遇的矛盾和困惑。"留守儿童"问题的解决不仅关系到留守儿童的未来,更影响到农村的发展,以及社会主义和谐社会的建设。在社会主义新农村建设的视野中,需要从政府和社会两个层面都要给出相应的对策,通过新农村建设获得根本的解决。Left-behind Children in countryside China live in such a poor condition and they have many problems such as lack of parents guidance be short of family concern and to be pressed for good education.A proper solution is not just for the good future to Left-behind Children it is also affects the countryside development,as well as the construction of the harmonious socialist society.All the countermeasures we take now is just short term working ones,government society and family included.It can not solve the problem fundamentality.The dilemma of Left-behind Children is an epitome of the modernization in China.
