摘　　要：司法鉴定人制度在国际刑事诉讼中具有重大理论价值和实践意义。以司法鉴定人制度的历史渊源与价值基础为切入点,重点从司法鉴定人诉讼地位、权利与义务、选任程序、鉴定意见的采信等方面,系统研究了国际刑事司法鉴定人的基本特点,并结合我国司法鉴定制度展开了比较研究,对完善我国司法鉴定制度提出具体设想。Forensic Appraiser system has very important theoretical and practical value in international criminal litigation.From the aspect of its history and value, this dissertation focuses on the legal position, right and duty, designation procedure of appraisers, and the adoption of the expert opinion, and studies the characteristic of appraisers in international criminal litigation.In comparison with the appraiser system of our country, the author puts forward with specific suggestions for improving the appraiser system of our country.
