摘  要:以价格低廉的水玻璃和四甲基二烷基二硅氧烷为原料制得MQ树脂,再与107硅橡胶反应制得压敏胶。考察了水玻璃与四甲基二烷基二硅氧烷的加料顺序及配比对MQ树脂性能的影响,MQ树脂改性基团、MQ树脂和107硅橡胶的缩合反应时间对压敏胶性能的影响,过氧化苯甲酰(DPO)用量对压敏胶剥离强度的影响,有机硅压敏胶对各种基材的粘接性能以及苯基对有机硅压敏胶耐热性的影响。结果表明,制备MQ树脂的较佳工艺为:水玻璃水解0.5 h后加入四甲基二烷基二硅氧烷,M∶Q控制在0.6~1.0,苯基和乙烯基的摩尔分数分别为5%和2%(相对于甲基);制备有机硅压敏胶的较佳工艺为:缩合反应时间4 h,BPO的添加量为压敏胶质量的3.0%;苯基的引入使有机硅压敏胶的热失重温度提高50℃。采用较佳工艺制得的有机硅压敏胶对聚酯和聚酰亚胺薄膜基材均具有良好的附着力。MQ resin was prepared by cheap water glass and TMDSO as raw material,then reacted with 107 silicone rubber to get pressure-sensitive adhesive.The effects of the adding order and ratio of water glass and dimethyl cyclosiloxane on the properties of MQ resin,the effects of condensation of MQ resin modified group on the properties of pressure-sensitive adhesive,and the effects of condensation time of MQ silicone resin and 107 silicone rubber on properties of the pressure-sensitive adhesive,the effects of the amount of initiator DPO on the peel strength of pressure-sensitive adhesive,the effects of adhesive properties of various substrate on silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive,and effects of phenyl on the heat resistance of silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive were investigated.The results showed that preparation process for MQ resin was that after 0.5h of sodium silicate hydrolysis,methylalkylsiloxane was introduced;the ratio of M and Q should be controlled at 0.6 to 1.0;Phenyl 5%.The introduction of phenyl and vinyl to MQ silicone resins at the same time could improve the heat resistance,peel strength of silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive,and adhesion to the substrate.The preparation of silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive technology was that condensation reaction time 4h,BPO amount of 3.0% of pressure-sensitive adhesive.The obtained silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive had good adhesion on PET and PI films
