Objective To explore the effects of introducing the Bobath Technique in Neurophysiology Therapy(NPT) into the nursing operation of intravenous transfusion of children patients with cerebral palsy. Methods 128 cases diagnosed with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 68 cases in observation group and 60 in control group. The control group was operated according to the conventional procedures, while the observation group was introduced with the rehabilitation concept of NPT,i.e.,giving venipuncture after massaging, flapping and stimulating. Results The observation group had a better effect in repuncture rate of children’s injection and parents’ satisfaction than those of control group(P0.05),the differences statistically significant. Conclusion The introduction of Bobath Technique of NPT into the nursing operation of intravenous transfusion for children with cerebral palsy can ensure children with more time to maintain the correct posture in sport mode, which has reached the goal of strengthening the consolidation of training under the rehabilitation therapy. This method has a more significant effect than conventional methods in ensuring the successful puncture, reducing repuncture rate, and increasing parents ’ satisfaction, etc.,which should be advocated and promoted.
