影响外伤性癫患者治疗依从性因素分析和对策

摘　　要：目的分析影响外伤性癫患者治疗依从性的因素,探讨提高其依从性的护理对策。方法自行设计外伤性癫患者治疗依从性量表,对64例外伤性癫患者进行调查,分析不同性别、年龄、文化程度、医疗保障情况、疾病诊断、癫发作类型、对疾病治疗态度、家庭支持程度和疾病认知程度患者治疗依从性,并提出护理对策。结果不同年龄、文化程度、医疗保障情况、癫发作类型、对疾病治疗态度、家庭支持程度和疾病认知程度的外伤性癫患者的治疗依从性差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者年龄较大、文化程度较高,依从性越好,有医疗保障的患者依从性优于无医疗保障者,癫大发作的患者依从性最好,认为疾病可以控制的患者治疗依从性优于认为疾病不能控制者,能坚持治疗的患者治疗依从性优于无法坚持治疗者,家庭成员支持程度较高患者治疗依从性较好,患者对疾病和治疗知识的掌握程度较高,治疗依从性较好;不同性别、疾病诊断的患者治疗依从性的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对性的健康教育、坚持合理使用药物和安排治疗、加强护理干预、纠正患者错误的态度及信念、强化社会及家庭支持系统,从而提高外伤性癫患者的治疗依从性。Objective To analyze the factors influencing the compliance of traumatic epileptics and to put forward nursing methods to improving their compliance.Methods A self-designed compliance scale was applied to survey the compliance of 64 traumatic epileptics,and compares were conducted in terms of gender,age,education background,medical security,diagnosis,epilepsy types,attitude to treatment,support from family and cognition of epileptics.Results There was of statistic significance in the aspects of age,education background,medical security,epilepsy types,attitude to treatment,support from family and cognition of epileptics（P 0.05）.The older the epileptics were,the more compliance they had.The higher educational level the epileptics with,the more compliance they had.Epileptics with medical security had more compliance than those without.Patients of grand mal epilepsy had the most compliance.Those who regarded the disease could be under control had more compliance than those with opposite thought.Those who can insist treatment had more compliance than those who can not.The more support from their family,the more compliance the patients had and the more knowledge about the disease patients had,the compliance they had.Meanwhile,there was no statistics significance on the aspects of patients’ age and diagnosis of disease（P0.05）.Conclusion Health education,reasonable medicine and treatment,nursing intervention,right attitude and support from family and society are important to improve the compliance of epileptics.
