阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿德福韦酯(代丁)治疗慢性乙型肝炎的近期疗效。方法 20例慢性乙型肝炎应用阿德福韦酯为治疗组及12例慢性乙型肝炎应用常规保肝药物为对照组,各观察24个月,对其疗效进行评价。结果治疗组肝功能明显改善,与对照组比较具有显著差异性(P<0.05),而对照组无明显变化(P<0.01);治疗组有4例出现血清HBeAb转换,对照组无1例。结论阿德福韦酯可以有效抑制慢性乙型肝炎患者HBVDNA复制,HBeAg阴转率、HBeAg血清转换率及ALT复常率显著提高,有效改善肝功能,且安全性良好。Objective Clinical observation on Adefovir dipivoxil on treating Chronic Hepatitis B and its curative effect in the near future. Method 20 patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated with Adefovir dipivoxil as the therapy group and 12 patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated with general liver drugs as the control group, every group observe for 24 months and estimate its curative effect on Chronic Hepatitis B. Result The functions of liver improved remarkably in the therapy group and have significant differences compared with the control group（P〈0.05） while the control group have no signif icant changes（P〈0.01）;4 patients＇ serum appeared conversion of HBeAb in the therapy group while the control group had no one. Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil can restrain the copy of HBV DNA in the patients with chronic hepatitis B effectively, HBeAg negative rate, HBeAg serum conversion rate and ALT recovery rate were improved remarkably, improved the functions of liver efficiently and safe.
