摘　　要：以重庆市为代表的三峡地区,近代以来虽未出发生鼠疫流行,但从中国发生和流行鼠疫的历史经验看,由于三峡水库蓄水后库区鼠类大规模向两侧高地迁徙、库区本身存在的与南方黄胸鼠鼠疫疫源地相同的特征以及南方黄胸鼠鼠疫疫源地再度进入活跃期等因素的综合影响,三峡库区当前和今后一段时间内发生或流行鼠疫的潜在危险是存在的,而且这种危险性还是比较大的。因此,当前和今后数年内,对三峡库区可能发生的鼠疫疫情,必须始终保持高度警惕,并采取切实有效措施,严加防控。The Three Gorges area,represented by Chongqing City,has not been attacked by prevailing plague since the modern times according to the historical experiences about the plague＇s outbreak and spread,and the potential crisis of plague exists,and its danger might be very serious in the coming years because of the comprehensive effects of such elements as mice＇s large movement towards the highlands of both sides of the river,the native similar characters of the reservoir areas with the original places of the Southern Yellow-Chested Mouse＇s plague,and the Southern Yellow-Chested Mouse Plague entering into an active period once again.Therefore,the government must maintain sharp vigilance against the plague situations in the Three Gorges Reservoir area,take effective measures to prevent severely.
