摘 要:目的:了解大学生足癣的感染现状;掌握足癣病原菌分离、培养、鉴定的方法,并为足癣的诊断、治疗及药物选择提供参考;使学生获得正确的足癣防治措施。方法:采取临床症状典型者皮屑标本,进行病原真菌的直接镜检、分离、培养、鉴定,采用Rosco纸片扩散法,对分离的真菌进行药物敏感性试验。结果:分离鉴定出病原菌54株,计5个菌种,以红色毛癣菌为主。酮康唑抑菌作用明显,甲氧苄啶无抑制真菌作用。结论:不同菌种对同种药物敏感性不同。体外真菌药敏试验对于药物的选择及监测耐药株的出现均有重要意义。Objective:To investigate the infection status of tinea pedis in college students and to learn the techniques of isolating,culturing and identifying the pathogens of tinea pedis in order to provide scientific data for clinical diagnosis and selection of sensitive drugs.Methods:Skin specimens were collected from students with typical clinical symptoms of tinea pedis. The skin specimens were examined directly under microscope,as well as cultured for identification.Rosco disk diffusion method was used for drug sensitivity test.Results:54 strains belonging to 5 different species of pathogens were isolated and identified. Trichophyton rubrum strains was the main pathogenic fungus causing tinea pedis in college students.Ketoconazole (KTC) showed obvious inhibition effects on the fungi examined, while Trimethoprim (TMP) didn ’t show any inhibiting effects.Conclusion:Different fungi show varying sensitivity to the same drug.In vitro fungi sensitivity test is significant for the selection of sensitive drugs and monitoring of drug-resistant strains.
