摘　　要：银监会《银行并表监管指引(试行)》是对商业银行综合化经营态势的监管应对,对国内商业银行推进集团并表管理、维护金融稳定发挥了重要指导作用。国内各主要商业银行均积极贯彻落实相关要求,并根据自身实际情况对银行集团并表管理进行了有益探索,但仍有部分内容未得到明确、部分关系未能完全理顺,值得进一步关注与深入研究。The Supervisory Guidelines on Bank Consolidated Management of CBRC（the China Banking Regulatory Commission） is an important supervisory method for commercial banks mixed operation,which gives important effect on the group consolidated management of commercial banks and the steadiness of the state financial system.Each primary commercial bank of our country pays much attention to practice according with the Guidelines.They all try actively in the group-consolidated management on the basis of their own environment.But there are still some contents to determine and some relationship to harmonize,which are worthy to pay more attention and make deeper research.
