益气补肾通降汤配合西医治疗高血压病合并心力衰竭50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气补肾通降汤配合西医治疗高血压病合并心力衰竭临床疗效。方法将100例高血压病合并心力衰竭患者随机分为2组。对照组50例给予西医治疗,治疗组50例在对照组治疗基础上加用益气补肾通降汤。30d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。2组治疗前后进行中医症状评分,检测左心室内径、左室射血分数(LVEF)及心功能分级情况。结果治疗组治疗后中医症状评分、左心室内径、LVEF及心功能分级与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后明显改善。结论益气补肾通降汤配合西医治疗高血压病合并心力衰竭疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of combination of Yiqibushentongjiang decoction and western medicine on the treatment of hypertension complicated with heart failure. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Western medicine was used in control group, basic treatment plus Yiqibushentongjiang decoction was used in treatment group. The course was 30 days. Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms integral, left ventricle, LVEF and heart function classification were compared in the two groups after two courses.Results The therapeutic effects of treatment group were superior to those of control group on Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms integral, left ventricle, LVEF and heart function classification. （P0.05）.Conclusion Yiqibushentongjiang decoction has obvious effect on the treatment of hypertension complicated with heart failure.
