摘　　要：研究生教育是一个国家教育和科技发展水平的重要标志。在当前信息时代下,研究生教育信息化是信息社会发展的需要。文章以学位与研究生教育的改革与发展趋势研究为出发点,深入探讨了改革与发展对研究生教育信息化建设的要求,并提出了信息系统建设的思想与设计原则,为加快我国高等学校研究生教育管理的信息化建设步伐提出了建设性依据。Postgraduate education is an important measurement to one nation＇s education and development of science and technology.In current information era,the development of information society promotes the information construction of the postgraduate education.In this paper,based on the reform and development tendency of the academic degrees and postgraduate education,the requirements on information construction of postgraduate education have been discussed in depth.The guidance line and design principle of the construction of information system has been proposed to provide a constructive suggestion for accelerating the information construction of the postgraduate education and management in the institutions of higher education.
