摘 要:分析了温度对板式换热器传热和阻力的影响,指出《实用供热空调设计手册》和某些厂家的板式换热器说明书在其传热和阻力计算中,不考虑温度对水的普朗特数、运动粘度和导热系数的影响作常数处理,对特定型号的板式换热器,把其传热系数和阻力简化为流速的函数,在有些情况传热面积误差可达50%,阻力误差可达200%,其精度不能满足工程设计的需要。Having analyzed the temperature influence in the transference of heat and resistance of fluid friction calculation of the plate-heat-exchanger, the paper pointed out that the calculation methods, which are introduced in PRACTICAL HEATING & AIR-CONDITIONING DESIGN MANUAL and some plate-heat-exchanger stylebooks, have not considered the temperature influence in water's prandtl number, dynamic viscosity and conductivity, dealt with the influence as a constant variable, and simplified the transmittance coefficient and resistance to a function of fluid rate of the given type of plate-heat-exchanger, then the calculating heat-transfer area error is about 50%, the calculating resistance error may reach 200%, and the precision of these methods do not meet the demands of en gineering designs.
