摘　　要：通过对外文期刊及其管理的现状的研究讨论,对在校本科生和研究生对外文期刊的阅读率和利用率的调查研究,提出对外文期刊管理模式改革的基本思路和建议,以期更好地发挥外文期刊在教学科研中的重要作用。The thesis discusses the managsment model reform of foreign academic journals and its reform,and investigates the utilization ratio of foreign academic journals by the undergraduate and graduatestudents at Xi＇an Shi You University.And on the basis of this investigation,the author proposes some basic approaches to,and suggestions of,the management model reformof foreign academic journals,with the purpose of better utilizing the foreign academic journals in teaching and scientific research.
