摘　　要：经过近15年的工程实践证明：1984年对原星光机器厂五号厂房结构损伤的勘验、结构事故分析和加固处理是成功的，在技术上具有独创性，在经济上效益是非常可观的。它对全国类似工程的加固处理技术具有重要参考价值。五号厂房结构的诊治技术于1989年获航天部科技进步二等奖。According to almost 15 - year engineening practice, it is evident that the surveying, analysis and strenthening skills about the damaged number 5 workshop of former Xing - Guang machine factory in 1984 are very successful. (The diagnosing and strengthening skills are of originality, the economical benefit is great. It will be helpful for the treatment of similar damaged smictrues in China). These skills were awarded the second technical progress prize by Chinese Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 1989.
