摘　　要：人与自然和谐关系法制化是生态文明建设的重要内容。福建省生态文明法制化建设具有必要性和可行性,但当前生态文明法制化与经济发展步调不相协调,应在立法程序中弘扬环境民主、在法规内容上体现生态公正、在生态教育中彰显法治和谐、在市场机制中实现三大效益的统一,进一步完善福建生态文明法制化建设。The legalization of the relationship between man and nature is an important aspect of ecological civilization construction. Legal construction of ecological civilization in Fujian province is necessary and feasible, but the legalization of ecological civilization and economic development pace is not in harmony. To improve the construction of ecological civilization legalization in Fujian province, some aspects should be done： promoting environment democracy in the extent of legislation; ecological justice embodied in laws and regulations; highlighting the constitutionality harmony in ecological education; achieving the unity of the three major benefits in the market mechanism.
