低碳经济背景下的绿色造纸与造纸化学品产业

摘　　要：论述了低碳经济背景下造纸化学品对造纸产业绿色化的促进作用,讨论了造纸产业发展对造纸化学品工业的拉动作用,指出造纸产业绿色化的必然性,并对我国造纸化学品产业的发展提出了建议。Professor HU Kai-tang, the director of Institute of Light Industry, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, and the president of Zhejiang Technical Association of Paper Industry, pointed out: ●Paper industry is a green industry which involves the country and the people, but China’s green paper industry still has a long way to go. ●Paper industry is a typical recycle economy. But for China paper industry, there is still a lot of problem that need to be solved, like the challenge of low-carbon economy. ●The development of paper chemicals industry plays a great supporting role for China paper industry to achieve resources-saving and low carbon. ●Paper chemicals industry is one which has powerful vitality and vast development space. The core competing force of paper chemicals industry can be improved by resources integration, enterprises adjustment and growing bigger and stronger.
