摘　　要：介绍了ZDPM型系列中浓盘磨机控制系统的开发过程及其中浓打浆控制技术。通过使用西门子S7-200PLC及其扩展模块实现了盘磨机的智能控制,该盘磨机设计了液压粗调和电动细调两套独立的磨片间隙调整机构,可实现恒功率打浆或比能打浆。The development process of medium consistency refiner and beating control technology for ZDPM series were introduced in this paper.The automatic control of refiners was realized by Siemens S7-200 PLC and its extended modules.The two separate regulating systems--hydraulic preliminary adjustment system and electric accurate adjustment system--were designed to achieve the constant power control or specific energy control by the plates gap adjustment.
