摘　　要：通过对部分在校大学生的就业心态、就业意向、就业途径等多方面的调查研究,分析了当前地方工科院校大学生就业的现状和特点,探究了工科大学生就业困难的原因,并提出了改善当前地方工科院校大学生就业困难的方法和渠道。Through the investigation of the employment attitude, employment intention and employment methords of parts of college students of Guangdong University of Technology, analyzed the employment situation and characteristics of the current local engineering universities students, and explored the employment difficulty of engineering students, and put forward the methods and channels to improve the employment situation.
