关于VGA有源OLED屏上栅源驱动电路的设计

摘　　要：合理利用基本单元电路设计双向移位寄存器、模式选择控制电路、分段清零控制电路和缓冲器等,构成适合VGA分辨率并能进行模式选择的栅源驱动电路,通过仿真对栅源驱动电路进行整体验证.Reasonably using some fundamental unit circuits,the author designed bidirectional shift register,controlling circuit for patterns-selecting,partially clear controlling circuit and buffer and so on,which not only constituted the gate-source driving circuits that suited OLED display for VGA and could be used to select patterns,but also carried on the whole to the gate-source driving circuits and the drain-driving circuit the simulation con-formation.
