摘　　要：介绍信息化测绘体系下测绘人才的培养要求,给出建立信息化测绘创新实验平台的必要性和具体形式。实践表明,该平台对信息化测绘人才培养起到了重要作用。The requirements of cultivating talents with ability of geo-informatics system are introduced.The idiographic modality of the innovative experiment platform of geo-informatics system are given.Practice shows that the platform plays an important role in cultivating talents with ability of geo-informatics.
