摘  要:以P123(三嵌段共聚物)为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯和硝酸铁为前驱体,通过溶胶-凝胶法在酸性条件下合成了SBA-15负载γ-Fe2O3(Fe和Si摩尔比为0.3)的有序介孔材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、选区电子衍射花样(SAED)和氮气吸附等手段对所合成的材料进行了结构表征。结果表明,此合成材料具有类似于SBA-15的结构,铁以高分散的γ-Fe2O3纳米晶的形式分布在介孔氧化硅基体中。对高氯酸铵的催化实验结果显示,γ-Fe2O3/SBA-15催化高氯酸铵的分解放热量由纯SBA-15的420.5 J/g提高到1 125.8 J/g,说明纳米γ-Fe2O3能够有效促进高氯酸铵的分解。Ordered mesoporous SBA-15 silica loaded with γ-Fe2O3 with molar ratio of Fe/Si=0.3 was synthesized by sol-gel route using Pluronic P123 as template,tetraethylorthosilicate as silica source and hydrated iron nitrite as precursor under acid condition.The as-synthesized materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),selected area electron diffraction(SAED) and N2 adsorption.Characterization revealed that as-synthesized materials possess ordered hexagonal mesoporous structure similar to SBA-15.The iron species are present as highly dispersed γ-Fe2O3 nanocrystals in mesostructured silica matrix.The catalysis experiment of ammonium perchlorate decomposition shows that the decomposition heat increases to 1125.8 J/g in γ-Fe2O3/SBA-15 sample from that of 420.5 J/g in pure SBA-15 sample,indicating that γ-Fe2O3 can promote the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate.
