摘　　要：针对企业预算管理软件发展状况不尽如人意的问题,提出了解决问题的2个关键方面。一是预算管理工作的组织系统化,即管理中将预算与企业战略相联系,同时构建预算的完整的体系。二是企业管理软件系统化,即将企业的所有管理软件形成一个统一的系统,具有相同的数据格式和体系。指出了在此过程中的一些关键技术问题。For the problem that the development of budget management software is unsatisfactory,the following two solutions are put forward： one is to systematize the organization of budgeting management,that is,to link budgets with the strategy of the enterprise in management;the other is to systematize management software of the enterprise,that is,to construct all the management software of the enterprise to form a unified system,with the same data formats and systems.And the key technical issues in the process are pointed out.
