利用硼酸母液制备纤维状氢氧化镁

摘　　要：以硼酸母液和氨水为原料制备纤维状氢氧化镁.经过预处理后的硼酸母液,在有表面活性剂OP乳化剂的条件下,且在一定温度下,加入氨水进行反应,再经陈化,几次醇洗,干燥后得纤维状氢氧化镁.经X射线衍射和扫描电镜等检测,所得氢氧化镁为白色纤维状.结果表明,该工艺可将硼酸母液回收再利用.Fibrous magnesium hydroxide was being prepared by mother liquor of boric acid and ammonia.After pretreatment,with the addition of organic surfactant,in a certain temperature,ammonia reacted to produce fibrous magnesium hydroxide via aging,washing with water and alcohol,and then drying.Through the determination of XRD and SEM,the products were white and fibrous.The result proved that the craft route and determining method were practicable.
