摘 要:为改善保温砂浆防水性能,研究了憎水剂掺量对EPS保温砂浆稠度、保水率、饱和吸水率、抗压及粘接强度的影响,通过泡水养护与标养下所测强度值之比表征了保温砂浆的防水性能,并观察了EPS颗粒与水化产物界面过渡区的变化。结果表明:EPS保温砂浆中憎水剂最佳掺量为0.2%;憎水剂可减小保温砂浆饱和吸水率,提高砂浆保水率和各龄期抗压强度和粘接强度,使其耐水性能大幅度提高;适量憎水剂可使界面过渡区厚度变薄,EPS颗粒与水化产物粘接较牢固。To improve waterproof property of thermal insulation mortar, influence of water repellent on a variety properties of the mortar were investigated. Properties examined include viscosity, water retention rate, saturated water adsorp- tion rate, compressive and bonding strength, as well as Softening coefficient which indicating waterproof property. Vari- ations of interfacial transition zone between EPS particles and hydration products were also observed by SEM. The resuits show that the optimal addition of water repellent is 0.2% by cementing material weight, the thermal insulation mortar with proper amount of water repellent has high water retention rate, and high compressive and bonding strength, waterproof property of the mortar was improved significantly, and transition zone between EPS particles and hydration products became thin which lead to firmly bonding between EPS particles and hydration products.
