摘　　要：Simatic PCS7系统是一个完全开放的现场总线过程控制系统,是用于现场设备、仪表、控制系统与控制室之间的一种全分散、全数字化、智能、多站的通讯系统。其PCS7系统可靠性高、稳定性好、抗干扰能力强、通讯速率快、维修成本低,它可以将控制、联锁、数据采集、设备管理系统等功能集为一体。介绍了该系统的软硬件组成及在转炉生产中的应用。Simatic PCS7 is not only a fully open Profibus process control system,but also an overall dispersal,fully digital,intelligent and multi-station communication system used in the field equipments,instruments,control systems and control rooms.The PCS7 system features high reliability,excellent stability,strong anti-jamming ability,quick communication and low cost maintenance.It integrates control,interlock,data acquisition,equipment management system and so on.The software and hardware components of this system were introduced,as well as its application in the production of converters.
