摘　　要：图书馆的发展深受网络技术和信息技术的影响。本文阐述了新技术环境对图书馆的影响及其区域数字图书馆的发展与实践。可以预测未来区域数字图书馆的发展将趋向以数字资源为基础,对技术环境的依赖性更强。Library development is impacted by network technology and information technology.This paper described the new technological environment to the influence of the library and the development and practice of regional digital library.It was predicted that the development of regional digital libraries will tend to base on digital resources,depending on the stronger technology environment.
