摘　　要：从地方高校图书馆现状和实际出发,说明建立学科馆员制度是未来地方高校图书馆的必然选择,分析试行学科馆员制度面临的问题,探讨地方高校图书馆学科馆员制度的发展对策。Based on the present situation and reality of local university library,the paper discussed that of subject librarian system was an inevitable trend for the local university in the future.Besides,it analyzed the current problem in trialing subject librarian system and finally discussed over subject librarian system development solutions in local university.
