清华大学三级文献保障体系的构建与思考

摘　　要：本文从国内外大学图书馆的建制现状出发,在回顾清华大学图书馆历史沿革的基础上,阐述了清华大学建设由总馆,专业分馆与院系资料室组成三级文献保障体系的构想。结合三级文献保障体系的发展历程,文章详细介绍了该体系的构建方式与运作经验。文章的最后部分对三级文献保障体系的发展方向进行了展望。Starting with the introduction of the university library current structure for both western and chinese universities,the essay illustrated the program of Three-Level Information Support System（TLISS）in Tsinghua university library,which included a proper structure of the main library,branch libraries and information houses.The Tsinghua library development history and status were reviewed accordingly for both before and after the introduction of the TLISS program.The essay covered also the detailed running scheme and the practical experiences for TLISS in Tsinghua.The anticipated future evolution plan was described in the ending section.
