文章科学发展观:曾祥芹对文章学事业的战略性贡献

摘　　要：曾祥芹先生对"文章科学发展观"的论述和倡导,是对文章学事业的战略性贡献。"文章科学发展观"的产生,有着特定的时代背景、学术背景和职业背景。"文章科学发展观"的基本内容有五:把文章发展看作语文发展的"第一要务";坚持"以人为本"的文章发展战略;文章学"全面发展"的基本思路;文章学"协调发展"的重要举措;文章学"可持续发展"的健康道路。"文章科学发展观"的战略价值有四:对文章学理论研究具有战略指导价值;对文章学理论成果应用具有战略支撑价值;对文章学教育改革具有战略调控价值;对文章学事业发展具有战略驱动价值。"文章科学发展观"的落实方略有八:更新发展理念;树立发展目标;理清发展思路;整合发展资源;创新发展机制;强化发展保证;提升发展水平;增强发展绩效。Mr.Zeng Xiangqin＇s discussion and advocacy on the concept of scientific development on essays is a strategic contribution to the cause of essay.The emergence of this concept has its specific time background,the academic background and its professional background.It involves five aspects： regards the development of essays as the ＂top priority＂ of Chinese development;insists on ＂human oriented＂ development strategy of essays,basic mentality of ＂overall development＂,important measure of ＂coordinated development＂ and its healthy way of ＂sustainable development＂.It includes four strategic values： a strategic instruction value to its theoretical research,a strategic support for the application of its theoretical achievement,a strategic regulation to its educational reform and a strategic driver for the development of this cause.It also has eight strategies of implementation： updates its concepts,sets up the objectives,sorts out its mentality,integrates the resources,innovates its mechanism,strengthens its assurance,promotes its level and enhances its performance.
