摘　　要：通过对目前农村集体经济组织产权制度改革的特点、路径和改革过程中出现的一系列矛盾进行分析,阐述农民权益在改革不同阶段的具体表现及存在的问题,探索农村产权制度改革应坚持的基本原则及应把握的基本方向,促成新一轮农村改革目标在形式和实际效果上的统一,从而实现农民增收、农村和谐稳定和可持续发展的改革目的。This paper analyzes the characteristics,path and a series of inconsistencies in the present reform on property system of rural collective economic organization,setting forth the status of farmer＇s rights and interests in stages of reform,and discusses the problems.Reformatory principle and direction of rural reform in farmer＇s rights and interests system are studies,with the aim of promoting the reformatory format being consistent with its effect so that,farmer＇s income will increase and countryside will develop stably and constantly.
