县域商业网点建设中存在问题及对策研究——以河北省昌黎县为例

摘　　要：为了科学合理的制定县域商业网点规划,促进县域商业经济持续、健康、有序发展,以河北省昌黎县为例,通过问卷调查与便利抽样,对昌黎县商业网点进行全面调查,发现昌黎县商业网点建设中存在布局结构不合理、传统业态比重过高、农村商品流通发展体系落后等问题,提出对商业功能分区,发展新型业态、改造传统业态,构建县、镇、村三级连锁经营与流通体系等对策,为其他县域商业网点建设提供了参考依据。In order to make county commercial network planning scientifically and reasonably,and ensure county business economy a sustainable,healthy and order development,this paper uses Changli County in Hebei province as an example.Through questionnaires and convenience sampling,we made a full investigation.It is found that there are many problems existing in the construction of Changli county commercial networks the layout structure is irrational;the traditional business forms have accounted for high proportion;and the development of rural commodity circulation system is backward.It is suggested that we should distinguish different functions of the business districts,develop new business forms,and build the distribution chain management system from three levels：county,town and village.It will provide some reference for the construction of other county business network.
