摘　　要：在实验室合成一种用于纤维纺丝的UHMWPE专用树脂。研究了聚合温度、聚合压力对树脂性能的影响,进而对树脂性能和纤维性能进行了对比表征。结果表明,采用合适的工艺条件合成的树脂产品形态好,颗粒大小分布窄,适用于纤维纺丝。A kind of UHMWPE specialty resin for fibers spinning was synthesized in laboratory.The influences of reaction temperature and polymerization pressure on properties of produced resins were investigated.Furthermore,performances of the produced resins and fibers in different batches were analyzed and characterized in contrast.The results indicate that UHMWPE specialty resin attained under appropriate process conditions features good morphology and narrow distribution of particle sizes,which is suitable for the fiber spinning.
