铝镁比值对耐硫低变催化剂的影响

摘  要:采用结构助剂MgO对γ-Al2O3进行修饰,制备出新型Co-Mo-K/MgO.(Al2O3)n耐硫低变催化剂;使用水热装置、常压微反—色谱装置以及XRD等方法,考察了铝镁比值n对耐硫低变催化剂结构及其稳定性、抗水合性、本征活性以及活性稳定性的影响。结果表明:在MgO/γ-Al2O3分散阈值范围内,不同铝镁比值的催化剂中都生成镁铝尖晶石结构;铝镁比值n的降低对催化剂本征活性的影响不明显,但催化剂的结构稳定性、抗水合性能及活性稳定性都明显增强。A novel Co-Mo-K/MgO·(Al2O3)n sulfur-resistant low temperature conversion catalyst was prepared via modification of γ-Al2O3 by structure assistant MgO.Effects of aluminum/magnesium ratio on structure and stability,anti-hydrability,intrinsic activity,activity stability of the catalyst were studied by the following means,such as hydrothermal unit,micro-reactor and gas chromatograph combined apparatus and XRD and etc.The results show that aluminum-magnesium spinel constitution always shapes within the range of MgO/γ-Al2O3 dispersion threshold value in the catalyst with different aluminum/magnesium ratio.The reduction of aluminum/magnesium ratio doesn't cause obvious variation to intrinsic activity of the catalyst,but structural stability,anti-hydrability and activity of the catalyst are strengthened significantly.
