摘　　要：通过分析原盐的钙镁离子比值、粗盐水温度、盐水浓度、盐水流量、助沉剂、精制剂、排泥周期、搅拌器和集泥耙子等因素,找出饱和食盐水精制工艺中盐水澄清桶经常出现返浑的原因,并提出了相应的防范措施,保证了盐水系统的稳定、长周期运行。This paper analyzed a variety of factors,such as calcium to magnesium ion ratio in crude salt,coarse salt water temperature,salt concentration,salt water flow,settling agent,refining agent,mud disposal cycle,stirrer and mud collection raker,and found out causes for return turbidity of salt water clarifying tank which usually occurred in refining process of saturated salt water.Corresponding preventive measures were put forth,which ensured stable and long term running of salt water system.
