摘 要:针对无法检定汽车轴距差检测仪测量精度的问题,分析了具有轴距差汽车的力学特性,论证了轴距差对汽车操纵稳定性的影响,建立了汽车前进方向与检测仪中心线方向成一定角度斜向行驶时的轴距差检测模型,提出了能够真实模拟汽车行驶状态,可精确调整模拟轴距差并适用于现有各类型轴距差检测仪的检定策略,研发了检定装置的试验样机,实现了轴距差在0-40 mm范围内的任意设定.试验表明,受检轴距差检测仪的精度符合检定规程中误差不大于±0.2 mm的要求,实现了轴距差检测仪的快速准确检定.To solve the problem that the tester for automobile wheelbase difference is unable to be calibrated,mechanical feature of the automobile with wheelbase difference is analyzed.The wheelbase diffe-rence influencing the automobile handling and stability is introduced.The detection model of wheelbase difference when the automobile moves in an oblique direction according to the center line of the tester is constructed.The calibration strategy of the wheelbase difference tester which can exactly adjust simulative wheelbase difference and covers all kinds of testers in normal automobile driving state is presented.An experimental prototype of the calibration apparatus is developed,which makes the wheelbase difference set in the range of 0~40 mm,arbitrarily.Experiments show that the accuracy of wheelbase difference tester calibrated agrees with the requirement that the error is less than ±0.2 mm in the calibration stan-dard.Calibration of the results for wheelbase difference tester is realized quickly and precisely.
