摘 要:研究了中空纤维透析器壳程纤维管随机分布时透析器的管外传质特性,即同时考虑透析器壳程纤维管的空间和管径随机分布.利用二维联合概率密度函数的均方差反映中空纤维管空间和管径的不均匀分布程度,理论推导了在此二维随机分布下透析器管外传质系数的表达式,并利用该表达式考察了管外流体定流速、定流量时壳程纤维管随机分布对管外传质系数的影响.结果表明,中空纤维管空间和管径的随机分布不仅影响中空纤维透析器管外传质系数的大小,也影响与最大传质系数相对应的最佳填充密度的大小,在高填充密度时其影响更加显著.The characteristics of the shell-side mass transfer with hollow fibers random distribution in a hollow fiber dialyzer are investigated,in which both the hollow fiber space and diameter random distribution are considered.The mean square deviations of two dimensional joint probability density function are proposed to represent the hollow fibers packing irregularity,the equations for calculating the average shell-side mass transfer coefficients of a dialyzer with hollow fibers of random distribution are theoretically deduced.Then by using the semi-empirical model and equations,the influences of hollow fiber space and diameter random distribution on the shell-side mass transfer coefficient are investigated under conditions of constant velocity and constant flux.It shows that both the space and diameter random distribution of hollow fibers have negative impact not only on the average shell-side mass transfer coefficient,but also on the optimal packing density corresponding to the maximal shell-side mass transfer coefficient,and the impact is more significant at high packing density.
