摘  要:采用分子印迹技术,以芹菜素(API)为模板分子,2-乙烯基吡啶(2-Vpy)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,合成了芹菜素分子印迹聚合物(API-MIP).通过紫外光谱研究了API与2-Vpy的非共价作用,采用平衡结合试验评价了API-MIP对底物分子的识别能力和吸附性能,进行了吸附动力学研究.结果表明:API-MIP通过静电作用对API产生分子识别,并对API表现出很高的亲和力;Scatchard分析表明,API-MIP中存在对API有不同亲和力的两类结合位点;与对照物在API-MIP上的吸附行为比较表明,API-MIP对API具有良好的分子识别性能.API-MIP对API的选择性吸附基本在1.5 h内完成.The molecularly imprinted polymers with Apigenin as template molecule were prepared by molecular imprinting technique using 2-vinylpyridine as a functional monomer and EDMA as a cross-linker.The non-covalent interaction between Apigenin and 2-vinylpyridine were determined by UV spectrometry.Apigenin imprinted polymer′s binding affinity and selectivity to Apigenin were evaluated by equilibrium adsorption experiments and its adsorption kinetics were observed.The results show that Apigenin imprinted polymer could specially recognize Apigenin molecule through electrostatic interaction and exhibited higher affinity to Apigenin.Scatchard analysis indicated that there were two classes of recognition sites in Apigenin imprinted polymer,which had different affinity to Apigenin.Furthermore,compared to the adsorption behaviors of Apigenin and its analogs,Apigenin imprinted polymer displayed satisfying selectivity.The selective adsorption of Apigenin on MIP could be accomplished in 1.5 h.
