摘  要:通过分析不同光照条件下(透光率分别为100%,80%,60%,40%,20%)巫山淫羊藿的生长指标和光合参数,探讨巫山淫羊藿对遮荫环境的生长适应机制,为药用淫羊藿生产栽培提供理论依据.研究表明,随着遮荫强度的增加,植株茎直径、冠幅、叶片大小(长×宽)、叶片数、花序数、果实数、种子数和果实重各项指标都出现先增后减的趋势,在80%处理下值最大,20%处理下值最小,花蕾数为处理E显著少于其它处理;净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(C i)和蒸腾速率(Tr)的变化趋势和生长指标变化趋势基本一致,气孔限制值(Ls)出现先减后增的趋势,80%处理下显著低于其它处理,20%处理下显著高于其它处理.结果表明:光照控制在自然光的80%~40%时,植株生长良好,光照在自然光的20%左右时,植株生长受到限制.The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of light intensity on growth and photosynthetic features of Epimedium wushanense under different treatments(100%,80%,60%,40% and 20% of full light),and investigate its adaptation mechanism of growth so that it can provide theoretical basis for cultivation and production.The results showed that with the reduction of light intensity,the stem diameter,width,leaf size,leaf number,inflorescense number,fruit number,fruit weight of Epimedium wushanense increased first and decreased later,biggest at 80% treatment and smallest at 20% treatment.The Bud number of treatment E were less significantly than other treatments;the trend of Pn,Gs,Ci and Tr were the same as the growth,Ls decreased first and increased later,it was less significantly than others at 80% treatment and higher significantly than others at 20% treatment.To conclude,when the light was controlled at 80%-40% of full sunlight,Epimedium wushanense grew well,but its growth was limited at 20% of full sunlight.
