抑芽剂和生长调节剂配合施用对烤烟烟叶钾素和烟碱含量的影响

摘　　要：为探索抑芽剂与其它化学调控措施配合施用对烤烟烟叶内在品质的影响,分别采用盆栽、微区和小区试验研究了烤烟生育后期施用抑芽剂和涂抹生长调节剂烟叶的钾素和烟碱含量,并比较了两个烤烟品种之间的差异。结果表明,小区试验条件下,打顶后先施用抑芽剂再涂抹生长调节剂能够显著提高烤烟上部叶和下部叶钾含量,显著降低中下部叶烟碱含量。盆栽试验条件下,打顶并施用抑芽剂后0d(立即)、1d和2d涂抹生长调节剂均能显著提高中下部叶钾含量和显著降低上、中、下部叶烟碱含量,且以立即涂抹生长调节剂降烟碱效果和1d后涂抹生长调节剂增钾效果最佳。微区试验条件下,杯淋法和笔涂法施用抑芽剂均能够显著提高烤烟上、中、下部叶钾和显著降低烟碱含量,且笔涂法效果更明显。两个烤烟品种钾和烟碱含量有差异,但施用抑芽剂和生长调节剂后增钾、降烟碱规律相似,各处理钾与烟碱含量均成显著或极显著负相关。Effects of combined application of suckering agent and growth regulator on quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves were studied through pot,micro-plot,and plot experiments.Results showed that in plot experiment,potassium content of upper and lower leaves was increased significantly by applying suckering agent after decapitation before daubing growth regulator,while nicotine content of middle and lower leaves was decreased significantly.In pot experiment,potassium content of middle and lower leaves was increased significantly by application suckering agent after decapitation and then daubing growth regulator either immediately or one day or two days later,while nicotine content of upper,middle,and lower leaves were decreased significantly.The best effect was obtained in treatment of daubing growth regulator immediately or one day later.In micro-plot experiment,potassium content of tobacco leaves was increased and nicotine content was decreased significantly in all treatments of suckering agent application methods（showering or daubing）,and daubing was better than showering.Potassium and nicotine content between tobacco varieties were different,but the change was very similar,and there were significant negative correlations between potassium and nicotine content.
