摘 要:目的为了得出洞桩法(PBA)工法施工中导洞开挖的最优施工方法.方法运用有限元方法,采用MIDAS软件进行模拟,建立了车站施工模型,对4种开挖方案的施工过程所引起的拱顶沉降及地表沉降分别进行了数值模拟.对比了4种方案对拱顶沉降和地表沉降的影响.结果方案Ⅰ在拱顶沉降左、中、右、下4个部位的沉降分别为-17.7mm、-29.8mm、-20.5mm、-6.7mm,较其他3个方案沉降最小;同时方案Ⅰ的地表沉降数据也优于其他3个方案.方案Ⅱ和方案Ⅳ首先开挖下层导洞,下层导洞拱顶沉降最大沉降分别为-8.3mm、8.2mm所引起的拱顶沉降明显要大.所以施工过程中不应该先开挖下导洞.结论方案Ⅰ最优,更适合沈阳地铁中街站的施工.The paper was meant to get the optimized excavation order of the heading pilot in PBA method.The model of the station was built in MIDAS,and the construction stages were simulated by it.Besides,the paper also analyzed four different excavation orders,and compared the effect of the four methods on ground settlement and vaults settlement.The results showed that in program I,the crown settlement of the left heading pilot was 17.7 mm,the middle was 29.8 mm,the right was 20.5 mm,and the below was 6.7 mm.Besides,the value of the ground settlement was also less than the other three programs.In program Ⅱ and program Ⅳ,the lower guide hole was put on the first excavation,the largest vault settlement of the lower guide were 8.3 mm and 8.2 mm,respectively,which caused significantly larger crown settlement than the former program.Therefore,the lower guide hole should not been excavated first during the construction process.Program Ⅰis more suitable in the Zhongjie Street station of Shenyang Metro Construction.
