中药复方制剂胃平分散片的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的研究胃平分散片的优选处方和制备工艺。方法以制粒情况、片子的外观、崩解时间、脆碎度为考察指标,采用正交试验对分散片处方进行筛选。结果以微晶纤维素为填充剂,硬脂酸镁为润滑剂,3%的乳糖,1%交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、4%低取代羧丙基纤维素和8%的羧甲基淀粉钠为黏合剂、崩解剂。按优化处方制备的胃平分散片在3 min内完全崩解,15 min溶出度达到90%以上。结论本法研制的胃平分散片处方合理,工艺可行。Objective To study the formulation of Weiping dispersible tablet.Methods The formulation and preparation technology was optimized by using orthogonal design which the factors of granules,appearance of tablets,the disintegrating time and the friability were evaluated.Results The tablets was prepared by compressing moist granulation.Its formulation was that taking microcrystalling celluloseas as the bulking agent,the magnesium stearate as the lubricating agent,the lactose（3%）,crosslinking polyvinyl polypyrrolidone（1%）,low displacement carboxyl propyl cellulose（4%）,sodium carboxymety starch（8%）as the adhesives or disintegrating agent.The dispersible tablets prepared in accordance with the optimize formula could disintegrate completely within 3 minutes and its dissolution rate could reach beyond 90% in 15 minutes.Conclusion The formulation of Weiping dispersible tablets were reasonable and effective.
